This report is a weekly newsletter summarizing cash market and forward price quotes from selected markets as reported to the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service in Arkansas.
The Arkansas soybean cash market posted an 11 cent loss over the weekend to open at $11.23 on Monday. The statewide average traded higher during the week to close on Friday at $11.30 (Figure 1). Friday’s average price was 4 cents below the previous week’s closing average price. This week’s average daily price range (maximum - minimum) was 73 cents. Ten market location provided price quotes during the week (Figure 2).

Soybean 2024 October - December Booking Market Statistics and Elevator Prices
This week, the booking market average opened at $11.01 on Monday. The statewide average traded higher during the week to close on Friday at $11.15 (Figure 3). Friday’s average price was 8 cents above the previous week’s closing average price. This week’s average daily price range (maximum - minimum) was 8 cents. Four market locations across the state provided price quotes throughout week (Figure 4).
