Row Crop Pest Scouting Schools Available as Online Courses

Row crop scouting schools are available as online on-demand courses this year.

Courses are set up for each crop (cotton, corn/grain sorghum, soybean, rice

 and peanut) as well as a course on beneficial insects and another on pesticide safety. Participants will watch recorded presentations on insect and disease pest identification and scouting techniques. A short test is given at the end of each course. Crop advisors may receive continuing education course credits after taking each course. Potential credits received for each course are listed in the table below. Participants will be required to create a UADA Courses account in order to take the classes. Classes can be accessed through this link http://bit.ly/UADAScoutingCourses.
